Our Cargo Survey / Superintendence services in this area start with the arrival of the carrying vessel, discharging of the cargo from the vessel and taking note of any damage on the cargo in course of the exercise. Most often than not Joint Examination are carry out on the damaged cargoes. For containerized cargoes we always witness the customs examination conducted by men of Nigerian custom service.

At the end of the discharge exercise, we regularly monitor the delivery of the consignment from the port to the insured’s warehouse. We normally end this activity by taking note of the quantity of the cargo (consignment) the insured received at their warehouse.
